Associate Disclosure
You consent to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) by signing up to be an affiliate with Lose Weight Now (the “Company”). Please be sure you carefully read them before signing.
We retain the right to amend and modify the Terms without prior notification. These Terms apply to any revisions, enhancements, adjustments, or changes, including the periodic release of new tools and resources. Your agreement to such modifications will be implied from your continuing use of the Services. Your rights to be an Affiliate may be terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms and any affiliate referral fees earned during the violation.
Account Registration & Terms
To finish the registration procedure for an Affiliate account (an “Account”), you must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information required.
Each account is used by either a single user or a single legal organization (such as a business or a partnership). We forbid you from disclosing your login and password to anybody else or numerous other users on a network. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any user identities and passwords issued (including those of any Invitees).
Copyrighted And Trademarked Material
All applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws must be obeyed while writing reviews, product descriptions, and articles (if applicable on your website). Lose Weight Now disclaims all liability if you unlawfully utilize another party’s copyrighted or trademarked material.
Termination
Lose Weight Now reserves the right to deny any service and suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason. If you are terminated for any reason, all potential or accumulated referral payments in your Account will be forfeited and relinquished if they were acquired using dishonest, unlawful, excessively aggressive, or dubious sales or marketing techniques.
Relationship Of Parties
As independent contractors, you and we do not intend to enter into any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship as a result of this Agreement.
Limitations Of Liability
Any liability or responsibility for any amount or form of loss or damage that you or a third party may sustain is expressly disclaimed by the Company and all of the Company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, or agents of any of them.
This legal notice does not limit or exclude the Company’s obligation for any of the following:
(a) accidental death or personal injury as specified by the Unfair Contract Terms Act of 1977; or
fraud (b); or(c) a fundamental matter is misrepresented; or
(d) Any liability the applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral, between us concerning the use of the Services and constitutes the entire agreement regarding such service.
Each of us acknowledges that, except for what is clearly stated below, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking, or promise made by the other or inferred from anything spoken or written during our discussions before entering these Terms.
A false statement made by any of us before the date we entered into these Terms, whether verbally or in writing, shall not give rise to any claim for relief from either of us.
